Who am I?

Majed Behaibih, Founder, Coach & Instructor.

Majed has worked with diverse organizations, bringing a unique experience of passion and purpose to individuals and teams. He believes in inspiring individuals, families, communities and organizations towards their own and shared visions, in order to achieve their goals and ambitions while earning the pleasure of Allah, the Most High جل جلاله.

The journey

From reckless and rebellious to purposeful and steadfast.

From falling behind in school to the Dean's Honor List. From cleaning toilets to leading an umbrella of 80 Muslim organizations.

Today, I serve as an Islamic Life Coach with a background in linguistics, Islamic studies, teaching and community activism, plus over 10 years raising awareness and funds for countless causes, may Allah accept. All of this is by the grace and bounty of Allah.

Challenges I overcame

I grew up in toxic environments, but Allah guided me back through taubah. I worked my way up from janitorial jobs to teaching in Harlem and abroad, leading khutbahs, raising millions for widows and orphans, and advocating for Muslim rights.

Why I'm doing this

I do this because I know what it feels like to be lost, and I know the clarity and fulfillment Allah grants when you live with purpose. That's the transformation I want for you and your community.

Accomplishments

Results with real organizations.

CAIR New York, increased total giving by 20%, increased donor retention and new donors, and doubled donations within two years.
Islamic Relief USA, our region surpassed total fundraising compared to the other six regions three years in a row; millions raised for humanitarian projects.
Islamic Leadership Council of NY (Majlis Ash-Shura), led the Board to revamp the vision and purpose of the Majlis, hosted and organized the first-ever Masjid Mayoral Townhall with the NYC Mayor, and held a fundraising dinner with internationally recognized speakers after two years without one.
Biked over 200km across four days in Spain raising awareness and funds with IRUSA.
Organized a rally for change after a racist shooting at a Tops supermarket in Buffalo, NY.
